Our factory 
 was located in Yongkang ,Zhejiang,our factory occupy 8000 square meters
with 200 skilled workers and certificated iso9001. We have 8 injection and blowing
machine, 3 Stailness steel production line ,2 stainless steel powder coating line ,5 
assemble line. We are capable of doing heat transfer printing, silk screen printing,
laser engraving and etching.Our factory have passed audits from walmart,Target...

1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trialorder. Please
feel free to tell us howmany pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly,
hoping you can place large orders after checkingquality of our products and know our
ervice.
 
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample chargefor custom
designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certainquantity.We usually
send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to
ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship
with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach
 
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs,
it takes 5-7 days, subjectto your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
 
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which canensure fast
delivery time even for large quantity.
 
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based
on technique.
 
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone
color code you need.We will match the colors. Or we willrecommend some popular
colors to you.
 
7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
FDA, LFGB
 
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70%
againstcopy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight
